Sky Express Quality and Safety Policy Sky Express is committed to the operation of aircraft to the highest standards of safety and airworthiness, and providing a punctual, reliable and quality service to its customers. The Quality Policy reflects the achievement and continued compliance with JAR-OPS 1 and EASA Parts M & 145. The requirements, including the JAR-OPS 1 and EASA Parts M & 145 Quality System, have been integrated into the operational functions of the organisation, including suppliers. Sky Express will dedicate the required financial, material and human resources to safeguard the system. All operational personnel are made aware of the necessity to comply fully with JAR-OPS 1 and EASA Parts M & 145 requirements. They are motivated to do their work in a professional manner and in accordance with the standards, which have been set. Everyone is responsible for the quality of his own work. Every manager is responsible to ensure that personnel under his supervision have an adequate knowledge of the procedures, requirements and other applicable regulations relevant to his department and that they fulfil such requirements when carrying out their tasks. All management, with executive responsibilities, are aware of their responsibility to meet the requirements applicable to their activities, and their responsibility to take preventive and/or corrective action in case of any non-conformity. In the context of running a successful business, Sky Express Board of Directors recognises the importance of a good safety record to the company's future. At Sky Express safety is managed with the same degree of diligence as other strategically critical aspects of the business. The Board of Directors and the Accountable Manager undertake to consider safety issues in all the decisions they make to ensure that safety will not be compromised by other business decisions. The Board of Directors and the Accountable Manager intend to develop a positive safety culture amongst Sky Express staff. |
