TERMS OF A PASSENGER'S TICKET.

1. This ticket is private, individual, non-transferable and valid only for the itinerary and accommodation seat it was issued for.

2. A fare does not include meals.

3. The passenger owes to be at embarkation point 1 hour prior to departure. In case of missing the ferry departure
the passenger is not entitled to a fare refund. However, if the passenger states the intention not to travel (before departure), 50% of the fare is refunded.

4. Children up to 4 years old travel for free and are not entitled to berth, whereas children 4-10 years old pay 50 %
of the fare and are entitled to berth.

5. A full fare owner is entitled to carry for free luggage up to 40 kilos or 1m.

6. A lost ticket is neither replaced nor refundable.

7. Since the passenger has cared for his/her luggage, the shipping company bears no responsibility for loss or ruin.

8. Jewellery, money and valuable items can be delivered for care at the ferry’s purses office.

9. The shipping company bears no responsibility for any delay or deviation of the itinerary due to bad weather conditions, or due to Mercantile Marine Ministry/Port Authorities orders or due to high importance reasons.

10. Carriage of explosives, flammable and other dangerous material is not permitted.

11. Passengers owe to adjust to the Port/Sanitation/Custom orders.

12. Passengers are obliged to behave themselves according to the captain’s and stuff orders, related to the safety on the ferry.

13. For any illegality throughout the journey the passengers owe to inform the captain or the first mate of the ferry and the shipping company or the Port Authorities after arrival.

14. In case the trip is cancelled due to reasons concerning the ferry, the fare is refundable and the shipping company bears no other obligation to the passenger.

15. The shipping company reserves the right (with approval of Mercantile Marine Ministry) to replace the ferry a ticket was issued for, with another ferry.

TERMS OF A TICKET'S ISSUE
.

According to present legislation, for safety reasons, from now on for a ticket’s issue the entry of the data mentioned below is obligatory: 

1. Passenger’s full surname.

2. Passenger’s first name or initial of the first name.

3. Sex: Male-Female.

4. Age, meaning: INFANT: up to 4 years old.
                         CHILD: up to 10 years old (pays fare equal to 50% of a     full fare).
                         ADULT: over 10 years old.

5. Infants pay no fare but a ticket’s issue is obligatory. (NOTE: Infants pay fare equal to 50% of a full fare in case they travel on Friday, Saturday, Sunday with a highspeed boat).

6.Embarkation is made by means of check-in. Passengers or their vehicles with tickets invalid for a specific itinerary or ferry WILL NOT BE ALLOWED  embarkation. In order to avoid any hardship please arrive in time at embarkation point having your ticket in hand, and following the conditions mentioned above.

TERMS OF A VEHICLE LOADING BILL

1. The driver is obliged to embark and disembark his vehicle.

2. Vehicles must be at embarkation point 1 hour prior to departure and by exception in the time declared by the Port Authorities.

3. The driver is not entitled to a fare refund in case of missing the departure, whereas if he states the intention not to embark his vehicle (before departure) 50% of the fare is refunded.

4. In case of loss of the loading bill the fare is not refundable.

5. Passengers of the vehicles are obliged to leave the vehicle before its embarkation.

6. Passengers should carry with them all items necessary for the journey. After the departure of the ferry, entrance in the garage is not permitted.

7. Carriage of explosives, flammable and other dangerous material is not permitted.

8. Priority in vehicle embarkation is directed by the Port Authorities at the embarkation port.
